About Beacon Lock & Key
Beacon started in 2011 with one van in South Tampa and a phone that got answered at 3am. Today eight vans cover the city from Westshore to Brandon, and the phone still gets answered at 3am by a dispatcher on Kennedy Boulevard, not a call center three states away.
Every tech is a Beacon employee with a Florida locksmith license, a background check, and a photo you get by text before the van arrives. We quote flat prices on the phone and open doors without wrecking locks: drilling is the last resort, not the first move.
What Tampa Bay says
Dispatcher stayed on the line while I waited in the parking garage and the tech called out his ETA twice. Professional from the first ring.
Priya S.Downtown, Tampa
Our cafe got hit overnight. Beacon had new commercial locks and reinforced plates on both doors before we opened at 7.
Elena R.Ybor City, Tampa
Quoted $108 on the phone for a six-lock rekey, charged $108 at the door. One key for the whole house, done in an hour.
